IMC Construction has started building a four-story medical center in Radnor.
The new building, called Penn Medicine Radnor, will house a heart and vascular center, cancer care, women’s health, orthopedic and rehabilitation medicine, neurosciences and other medical subspecialties. The 250,000-sq.-ft. medical center replace the existing facility at 250 King of Prussia Road.
Brandywine Realty Trust agreed to purchase and serve as developer and manager of the site. The company will develop an adjacent office building and a hotel. Plans call for 150,000-sq.-ft. of office space and a 75,000-sq.-ft. hotel featuring 100 rooms.
The center is expected to be complete in spring 2020.
