The Westmoreland County Industrial Development Board has approved a $4.7 contract to A. Liberoni Inc. for the development of a new business park called Commerce Crossing at Westmoreland in Sewickley Township.
The contractor will build new utilities, roads and will prepare lots at Commerce Crossing at Westmoreland. Located on a 206-acre site, the park will consist of five parcels, each ranging in size from 18 to 29 acres.
The park will accommodate the need companies have for pad-ready sites with direct access to active rail and the interstate highway system, according to the County Industrial Development Corp.
