Construction on Wesley Family Services‘ four-story apartment and office building in New Kensington is expected to begin next year.
The nonprofit says that work on the building called Pioneer Apartments will begin in February, TribLIVE reports.
The 36-unit complex will be built on a parking lot between 10th and 11th streets and Fourth Ave. and Cherry Way. Construction is expected to take 14 months.
The project will cost $18.9 million.
In addition to apartments, the building will feature offices for Wesley Family Services, a pharmacy and autism services.
