Mount Airy Casino Resort, a casino and hotel located in Mount Pocono, Penn., plans to build a mini-casino on 100 acres in Beaver County, the Pittsburgh Business Times reports.
In a statement, Mount Airy said that it plans to break ground on the facility later this year and complete the project in late 2019.
The casino, located off Fairlane Boulevard just off I-376, will feature 750 slot machines, 30 table games and a high-limit area along with a buffet restaurant.
Friedmutter Group is designing the casino. A second phase of the project is planned to include a full-service resort hotel, convention center, fine-dining restaurant, pool, spa, salon and other amenities.
