Hudson Advisors is building a new Pennsylvania State Police barrack in Chambersburg.

State police are preparing to move from Franklin Farm Lane – near exit 17 off Interstate 81 in Pennsylvania – to the 3700 block of Black Gap Rd., just west of Greene Township Municipal Park, Herald Mail Media reports.

The 16,673-sq.-ft. building will include enhanced security, a bigger area for evidence, and additional space for employees and the public. The building will be leased from Hudson Advisors at a monthly rent of $55,313.

Construction is expected to be completed in May or June 2019.
