Construction has started on the only planned medical marijuana dispensary in Westmoreland County, according to a report from WPXI.
The medical marijuana dispensary is being built by Keystone Integrated Care on East Pittsburgh St. A contractor demolished two neighboring properties to make room for Keystone Integrated Care in downtown Greensburg, according to the repot.
It will be Keystone Integrated Care’s flagship dispensary. The company plans to build two additional dispensaries in Pittsburgh and Cranberry Township.
