The project, known only as 1300 Fairmount, will include 478 new rental apartments and 60,000 sq. ft. of retail, PhillyVoice reported.

The 14-story building, spanning 624,575 sq. ft., is estimated to cost $190 million. RAL selected Philadelphia-based Cope Linder Associates to design the building.

The project includes 478 rental apartments including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, in addition to 58,759 leasable sq. ft. of retail space.

Construction of the project is expected to complete in 2020.
