Keystone Property Group is building a mixed-use, transit-oriented development in Conshohocken, according to GlobeSt.com.
Dubbed SORA West, the building will house the new global corporate headquarters of AmerisourceBergen.
Designed by Gensler, the office tower is the first step in building the multi-faceted, transit-oriented development centered around a vibrant public plaza.
The plaza will be framed by the 200-foot tower, a 165-key hotel with rooftop restaurant and lounge, a 1,500+-space parking structure, and the existing 139-year-old Conshohocken Firehouse, which will be recreated as a gastropub with an indoor/outdoor experience.
